It is what we have in common with other groups such as the Chinese (slave labour for railroads), Japanese (internment camps) , Germans (persecuted and ridiculed generally),Hindus (banned from entering Canada)..

..our grievances.

That make us bear up to acknowledging our humanity. The issue of human rights are not glib carefree driven pronouncements but firmly entrenched cornerstones and milestones of history. As they have been harbingers of change as much as lenses for defining ourselves, it appears as much in some areas recently the margin for human errs may have been increased...whereas the fallout and collateral damage are unmitigated, the non-action of not responding or taking counter measures are always unjustifiable.

Its really funny sometimes I think when some politicians speak it may be that they are thinking the news goes straight to the Internet.

In my opinion, Gordon Campbell is in no position to make remarks about professionalism. But mine is just one of many ...

Professionalism as it applies to politics is always a work in progress any way isnt it?
