The world wide web is running out of IP addresses. Of course, the nets designers,engineers and maintenance people (n-demp's-,..just kidding;)/...
have been planning for this for the past 10 years and have a transition plan.
the idea is to go get everyone to move from IPV4 to IPV6 (did we miss something? Not really. IPV5 was a come and already gone test protocol for video that no longer used)
when the last of the IP addresses are assigned in October of this year.

Meanwhile so far there is only one company in Canada looking for trial customers for IPV6.
