I do not know WHAT USED to be here, but-,..in my opinion this would make a great location for a Tim Hortons.

I would not mind starting my own business ( I have the acumen and drive and motivation)

What a person SHOULD do is have an idle-free zone drive-in cafe where a barhop would come out and bring you your order of fat-free soy flour doughnuts.

 Going by the reviews , and the amount of drive by traffic...someone in look of opportunity need not much look further
